My final year of American high school is drawing to a close, but I've got a busy summer ahead: full of online classes, international paperwork, college applications, and, of course, getting my student visa. Some of it's a bit of a hassle right now, but of course it'll be worth it in the end.
Meanwhile, I've been in closely in touch with my French family for a few months now, asking questions and making preparations for this fall. They are all wonderful, helpful people, and I already know that I will thoroughly enjoy my time in my new home in Montbrison. Here are a few pictures of my beautiful city, so that you can understand the source of my optimism and enthusiasm :) :
